I have been on the hunt for a masters program for the longest time. There are so many different schools to choose from. First I wanted to go into the Masters of Information Systems. I then started substituting for middle schools and wanted to get my Masters in Education.
I was going to get my Masters degree in education , now I am back and have settled in my decision. I am not looking forward to paying all the loans when I get done with school, but the feeling inside of being accomplished will weigh everything out.
One of the schools I looked was Walden university. They offer classes online and they have accreditation. The courses they have look promising. I just have not decided on which route I want to take. MBA sounds good on a resume tho!
My dream is to be a full time college professor. Right now, I am only part time. I am in between teachign right now, and I miss it so much. I even had a dream about teaching the other night. Teaching online courses from home would be super nice, I love the interaction of face to face. I will be checking The Chronicle out from time to time and seeing what is out there to offer.
Just realize you are never too old to reach your goals . You are never to old to start and finish your education.
