Yes, I love the Rolling Stones. I do like the older tunes, much more than the newer stuff. While writing this post, I had to go to Youtube and play “beast of Burden”. Some of the greatest hits include, Jumpin Jack Flash, Start Me up, I cant get no satisfaction and many others. The lead singer Mick Jagger is a legend in himself.
The pictures in this book bring me to an era that I wish I lived in! 1969 was a great year in Rock N roll and a memorable one for those who lived it. The author Ethan Russel was one of the only 16 people, and the only photographer who made up the rolling Stones 1969 tour that ended in Altamont.
If you are a Stones fan, you know how memorable of an event Altamont was.
