This book was great! Sometimes when I get upset, I crave my comfort food. It ends up being chocolate or chocolate milk or something that is not good for my body at all! This book gives you helpful tips to keep that weight off! This book is a very easy read and is not some confusing diet with ingredients that only exist in expensive grocery stores! Get rid of white flour! (chips, crackers, breads,white grains)
Get rid of junk foods! ice cream, cookies, chips , so you are less likely to fail
Start reading the labels and restock your kitchen with what is good for you
