This blog started out as somewhere to express my views on a personal level. It was therapy really. I love to write all and everything. It felt right to have a little space on the web to get my feelings out.I refuse and will refuse to be negative up here.

I read books. I collect books. Books are my heart and soul. It has been that way since, I was little. My mother carried a book where ever she went, and I followed suit behind her. I remember my great-grandmother took her bible with her every where she went. I am not ashamed to say I lived in a podunk town and the nearest store was 20 miles away.

So , I discovered the world of book blogging and I fell in love. Now, my blog is something I look forward to interacting with everyday.You meet new people, you expand your horizons, and I read all kinds of books I would have never read otherwise!

Mom took me to the library every Saturday or so. I would load up my go-away bag with all genres. I treasured them all week or until we got back to that library! I would always beg my mom to buy me the books from the book fair. I wanted all the National Geographic kids magazines and the Highlights one too!

I went through high school with no [...]]]> This has been a sad Monday for me. Nothing extreme though! My daughter is in preschool and we are very excited! My son is doing so well in school, making excellent grades. I am currently holding a 3.7 GPA in college and graduating in May! (big party coming soon)

I went through high school with no tutors or help. I could have used a math tutor though. See previous post me hating math, and still do.

There are lots of  options out there. You can get help  for k-12 and college as well. I really did not know some places offer tutoring for college. I signed up once for my college with programming. The kid never showed up, and I had a assignment due. I had no clue how to do it! I wish I had done some searching and found a free online tutoring service.

They are math tutors online and they are waiting to help you! The site offers the cheapest rate found anywhere! Please don’t think you have to be super dumb to get a tutor. I have gotten a tutor to make sure, I score that  4.0 in the class that I wanted. I got valuable information and it helped me retain the information better!

What is your favorite wine? We have some grapes that are local to the state of North Carolina. They are called scuppernongs and the outside has a very thick shell. The inside has a very distinguished taste. My grandparents called them wild grapes too, because you found them out in the wild. We used to pick them and I always loved the darker red variety.

That is my favorite wine. We have a couple wineries between here and the coast that bottles the grapes and makes different variety’s.

My kitchen is a wine theme. In my old house, I had a hanging wine glass rack near my cabinets. My aunt made this wine glass rack for me. It is a metal type sculpture and she tiled it. Its really hard to explain. It is one of the prettiest staples in my kitchen I think!

Places that I go, I always try to get a bottle of wine that is locally made. Williamsburg has a good shillings red wine. The coast has a nice strawberry and blueberry wine.

I found this site that I will order some items from. They have free shipping today! I’m not sure how long they run that special. Also some of the items in the furniture section have percentages off.I like the wooden hutch and I think it would match my kitchen table!

I like the table glass rack. It is a nice drying tool as well. Plus it would make great decor when I had company over.
