I love my Showers. I love my baths too, but a shower with the right water pressure is like a nice massage. I love the scalding hot water too.

Every once in a while, We take our shower head off and have to clean out the small sediment pieces that gather up in there. We live out in the country and have country water. We have a filtration system on our house and it works really well.

We only  have changed our shower heads once. Now that I am all over the internet , I see all kinds of stores I should have looked in to before going to Lowes. Takeashower.com is where I wish I purchased one. Their website design is nice and the website is very easy to navigate. I love seeing all the customer’s opinions as well.

They have a fire hydrant spa one that looks amazing!  It was specifically designed for households that have low water pressure. I hate low water pressure! The pressure of the water is what I love the most!

That shower head has different rotation patterns to give you a great massage in the shower! it also has a pause setting that  you can set. So you can get that good shave on or open up the door without spraying the floor!

Getting my son to read was a challenge. Here in the school system, the children have to have so many AR points a semester. I had to make my son sit in a chair or on the couch and watch him read to get him to complete his work. I got so tired of it!

I finally took him to the local library and went down every aisle of the books in his reading level and below his reading level. I actually started with easy level books with him. It built up his confidence and by reading several small books to gain his points, he felt like he was accomplishing something. My son started out reading about the states. He moved to to different animals.

Now we are to the point he is reading one big book and getting all his points at once. He is reading books leisurely  and not just for work.

I also made a pact with him. If the movie is coming out and the book came out, if you read the book, you get a fun day at the movies too seeing the one he just read about!

Also for every book he read for points, I got him some fun books like comics or manga.

My daughter is 3 years old. I buy all kinds of kids books for her. I get some to review too. She had a small bookshelf of her own and she pulls out the books herself and pretends to read. She always sees me with a book to read, so she wants to be like mommy and carry one too.

When we go on vacation, the kids always take a book for downtime in the hotel. If I am on the beach, I am reading!

Reading is important, and do whatever it takes to get your kid engaged!

This post goes out to  my nursing friends, even if you are in school. I envy you sometimes. When I hear your stories about having to touch nasty people I do not.

The nursing uniforms that you wear look very comfortable. However, some of them are not cute. Some are you are lucky enough that all you have to wear is a  lab coat . I like those simply because of the dorky like pocket that holds pens and such. The solid green medical scrubs remind me of the bad episodes of E.R. and various visits to the hospital. Hospital visits are never good.  The random hours that some of you work, I could not handle. I would have really bad random mood swings and my family would hate me.

If you work in the ER and you have to tend to drunks, drug users, or homeless people my up most sympathy goes out to you.

If you work in the baby nursery and you see the good things and even the bad, how do you not cry daily?

How do you care for someone and empathize with them and then the next day , they are gone?

My son came home last month and talked to me about getting playing World of Warcraft. After seeing that episode of SouthPark where cartman turns into a fat slob, I have hated it.

I am secretly afraid, I will get addicted to it. I played Sims non stop when it first came out. I had to wean myself off. This is interactive.

So, my son goes on to tell me that I can block certain features out. I can limit his time on it. I still am not sold.

While I peruse on craigslist from time to time, I see these wow accounts for sale. I had no freaking clue you could buy a wow account! So, I did a little bit more web surfing and checking out. There are all kinds of people making profits on world of warcraft accounts!

That is one neat thing about the game. You spend all this time creating and evolving this character and you get bored with it. Sell it! Make some money! Go ahead and build up another character and do the same thing.

So, we ended up not getting a wow account. I don’t care if he is the last one in school to have one. He will have to mature some more!

I have never been mudding before, so that would be neat. Also he works for a transportation service. I have driven to some of the places he has to work. The roads are crappy. They are not paved and they are full of holes!

You see this truck pull bar in the pic?  I like it for the sheer fact that if I drive it and hit something, I will do damage to the other vehicle! I had no clue the pull bars come in many different brands like Westin, Romik, and Aries pull bars.  The bars comes in chrome, black and stainless steel.  They also have many other chrome accessories to pimp your truck out with! They have toys for Ford, Dodge, GMC, Chevy, Nissan, Toyota and Honda pickup trucks. I know my dad would love this site!

I have always wanted to try skin id. It is advertised to be better than its major leading competitor. The site has several reviews on it, and how it would affect your skin.
