When I was pregnant, I took a prenatal vitamin every day. At first they prescribed me some huge pink ones. I would puke within 2 minutes of eating them. Then they gave me a vanilla covered one, and I could not handle it either. Eventually I went to eating 2 Flintstones every day. I know it was not enough , but I could not stomach any of them. I made sure, I ate plenty of the rights foods both times I was pregnant!

If you are carrying a baby or think about becoming pregnant, prepare your body , your mind and soul! Nourish yourself!

Accutane is the ingredient on most acne medications. It stops the oil production in your skin. It works for alot of people. Some people it makes their skin worse. Some people suffer from accutane side effects. This is something that I did not know! Some side effects include extreme dry skin, dizziness, stomach issues, and loss of appetite.

There are other alternative out there to get clear skin without the accutane. I was taking a medicine with accutane in it, when I got pregnant and I had to quit it. My face broke out really bad but the accutane is harmful to a fetus!

Yes this a post about Proactiv. It really works. You can customize the care system to suit your needs. My hubby currently uses this, and I know a couple of friends too. I know one of them said it wrecked her face and then it started to clearing up. Maybe it brings all the so called bad poisons out and renews your skin. My favorite part is the toner. Majority of toner will dry out your face and make it itchy. If you have oily skin like mine, i dont want it red bone dry. I want it refreshed!

One thing I really enjoy is visiting my mothers beauty shop. I love talking to all the woman. You  begin to learn alot about other women. I have learned from my mother that their are all types of problems that affect the scalp.

One of her ladies has a condition where she has pimples on scalp, one lady has psoriasis, and one lady who has severe dandruff.

I have never heard of any woman who had acne on their scalp, but my mother has.
