I did not like the ephedrine products. They make me feel real jittery! I used to drink Whey formula every morning, eat sensible for lunch, and not eat after 4. I played DDR for 30 minutes every day. I lost some weight then.

I just fell victim to an Acai scam on one of these free trials offered. At first I didnt know how to get out of the situation I was in until I came across a article that got me out.
